Just an update- so I did 2nd IGF test- went up from 229 to 325. Only 3 weeks later. So I feel better now... Just wanted to share.

I have been pinning for 33 days now, when should I start to notice the fat burning benefits?

If you eat strict no more than maintenance calories you should notice fat loss by now. Diet is everything. Fat loss should be happening daily now. Just eat clean and take a daily progress pic in the same lighting upon waking. You’ll see a lot of progress over the next month. If you don’t eat clean forget about it.

so you changed it from 4iu to 2iu/day after 8 days (first igf testing) ?

I would wait longer to get IGF tested. In my experience, IGF takes a couple of weeks to peak, and remains elevated even a couple of weeks or more after GH has been discounted.

I got bloodwork 2 weeks after stopping 2 iu of GH ED, and my IGF-1 was still well above my baseline levels.

depends on a lot of factors.. and what is your baseline levels? (but yeah maybe average)

ex. I had 562 IGF from 5iu Blue Tops/day

The IGF1 level depends on multiple factors, it's individual, and even in the same individual it'll change between tests, along time it may even change drastically. The major factors to consider are liver health - as it's a major target organ (along with kidneys) that process the GH into IGF1, The IGF1 levels also depends on different drugs that you're taking, nutrition status, age and more.

What you have to do is first to asses a base line while completely off GH.

Second I would use a pharma grade GH which I trust to get a score which will be an indicator for further tests on other GH brands which you experience

could anyone attest to the bluetops? Like compared to mediotrope or greytops. 100 for a kit seems very cheap.
