Been runnin Rips for 4 months 4-5iu split ed. No sides other than occasional carpel tunnel. Mostly fat loss im down to about 5-6%. Looking for muscle gain now. Also on 500mg sus/week. Thinking of bumping to 6iu split ed. Any thoughts? will this make a difference? Or should I bump it to 7 or 8? Thanks
