What dose of HGH do u use to stay lean while bulking & or even get leaner/lose fat?
Yes, I know diet & cardio are king.
I have 1 cheat MEAL a week with the wife & kiddos & all other meals are clean carbs, healthy fats & mix of lean meats & fish + I hit 30-60 mins fasted cardio 5-6x per week + long walks after dinner with the fam every evening.
I want to increase cals & put on more size & strength without increasing body fat.
I don’t wanna lose my abs lol.
No I don’t wanna take insulin.
No I don’t need to hear increase cardio.
I wanna hear what ur experiences are with the HGH dosing & fat loss/growing lean.
I’m Currently on 4 iu HGH per day & cruising anywhere between maintenance cals & occasionally a slight deficit if I my step counts gets higher than usual.
Body comp has stayed great.
I think I’m actually slowly getting leaner despite a slight but obvious little water retention. But it’s nothing drastic.
From noticing this, I’ve started to consider increasing the HGH dose from 4iu to 6-10iu -always before bed.
I’m wondering if the increase would allow me to increase calories, keep Test dose the same & keep body composition or even get leaner while growing?
What’s been ur experience with 6-10iu HGH & increasing calories?
Hell i wouldn’t mind an extra date night with the wife every week where I step outta the diet box. I know she’d love it lol.
