Going to be running rips and it will be first time using growth. Plan on running for 6 months and jabbing daily.

Would 3iu per day be okay or 4 or 5 better?

i would start 2-3ius/ day and ramp it up every couple weeks.Going too high to fast can make you very lethargic.

just started one week ago on my first run of gh and I started at 4ius, handling nice so far. getting up to 6ius tops staying there for the rest of the year.
