know another top level amateur that runs more generic in the offseason and does less pre contest but uses pharmgrade instead.

Can't say myself. Yet to run vitamin g.. soon enough though.

Im sure a lot of guys have some scientific method behind their dosing I tried but couldnt help that I also had an economic restriction to work with.

10-15iu per day last 6 weeks. On the Wednesday before I Saturday show stop it to drop water.

thats a good question brotha ..

we all know gh works long term but it does give you a look within days

i would have to say it really depends which brand you are using

either way the more you run the better off you will be

Ive been seeing a lot of variation when to drop the hgh...some say 2 weeks out ams some say only a few days out...i guess it depends how quickly each individual's body can rid the water?

I ran 10iu per day all the way up til 2 days before my last show. I didn't use a diuretic and still didn't hold any water.

I have never used GH but just thought I'd throw a different method out there that I know some big dudes use. They ran it all pre-contest then cut it the weekend before to drain water, but then once the water was off they brought it BACK the day before the show. They feel this gives them the fullness back that comes with the GH but not quite long enough back on to bring the water retention.


As I said I have no experience so take that for what it's worth. The guys always come in peeled though but not sure if it's just over-complicating things. Just thought I'd share.
