if your dieting down and you do your cardio session first thing in the morning on an empty stomach along with some e.c.a.
wouldnt it make sense too take you full dose of hgh pre-workout, since it supposely peaks in 30minutes and works best on empty stomach.i would think this would be useful for fat burning effects, im sure i could be wrong but just seems too make sense.
