815am 30 min cardio
845am bannana /whey protein shake- followed by one hr WO
10am eggs/ oatmeal(40carbs)
noon chicken/ veg
2pm protein only
3pm 2.5 ius gh
4pm 30min cardio / swim
5pm protein / veg
7pm protein only
10pm cottage cheese
11pm grf/ghrp
dat threads says 2.5 ius gh takes about 3.5 hrs to clear then u need to wait another 4 hrs, so is 8 hrs between gh and grf/ghrp enough time off , where i could still get natty pulse????
