Im a professional wrestler. Suffered a crazy injury in the ring. Broke my ankle and leg. Had an orif surgery to put plates and screws into my ankle. Ive been running 2ius subq before bed everyday. Has anyone else tried hgh for broken bone recovery. I need to get back in the ring asap and im curious if i might need to up it to 4ius. Im 215lbs
 
Aim to 4 iu HGH --- divided into 2 daily dosages ---- for optimal results.
Consider to combine BPC-157 and TB-500 as well, these peptides will synergize very well with HGH for bone reformation and connective tissue recovery
 
There has been anecdotal evidence that using GH to heal from injuries, specifically bones, led to abnormalities....

It's been discussed here with personal experience from some members, I'm sorry I don't even know how I would go about searching for it.

I ran a protocol of TB500/BPC157 and low dose GH after having a screw placed in my foot for proper healing. I recovered over a month sooner after having the same surgery on my other foot 2 years prior. My ortho MD was impressed on how quickly I recovered.

I have posted this protocol on a couple other forums with members experiencing excellent results. I cannot remember if I have posted here.

I had attributed a speed up in recovery to the addition of bpc157/tb500 because my recovery stepped up a few gears quickly after adding in the bpc157/tb500 when hgh didn't seem to be having a meaningful impact prior to this.

The synergy sci mentioned hadnt occurred to me but makes sense now that I think about it
 
8iu/day hgh for first 4 wks (granted hgh is a long term commitment as opposed to an overnight miracle drug), then at wk5 added in bpc157 at 2mg/day and tb500 at approx 9mg/wk. Recovery took off when I added in the bpc/tb combo

When dosing hgh that high vs something like 4iu a day was it a big diff ? Esp in terms of muscle gain and fat loss ?
 
HGH caused boney overgrowth around my knee. Verified by a MRI but you can actually see it. I was dealing with chronic inflammation that seemed to concentrate in my knee that was missing cartilage. I just kept blowing and going in a very active lifestyle and kept running GH. Started noticing my right knee wasn’t looking like my left knee anymore. Sure enough the GH caused unwanted horizontal bone growth. Between 3-6iu

Noticed the difference with fat loss more so than anything else, it wasn't a huge difference either, started noticing a slight difference around the midsection in the mirror, slightly better separation in the abs. Nothing like the fat loss 1000mg/wk primo might give on a decent diet. I usually keep roughly a 33/33/34% macro split.

I've run hgh before as high as 10iu/day and never really found it a massive muscle builder in comparison to a test/dbol cycle etc. I've had good sources, legit hgh (some are sponsors here and other boards), luckily never really had too much trouble with sides like water retention, or carpal tunnel, only had slight but not crippling fatigue in the past.

Not sure if it makes a difference in terms of iu/lb of lean mass but i tend to walk around at about 240-250lbs, 6'4, naturally lean frame (athletic build more so than a bodybuilder build). Greyhound breed is what it's referred to as where I'm from. I don't know enough about the biochemistry of hgh to comment on whether a slightly larger frame has any influence on how much hgh I can tolerate compared to a smaller frame, granted I'm nowhere near the size of many of the mass monsters here, just an aside observation that prob has no real bearing on a general tolerance of hgh without sides.

This time around I'm on it for anti aging, fat loss, and injury recovery. I plan to stay on longer term this time, more than the 6-9 month or so runs I might have given it before.

With the boney growth that Poonami mentioned (great user name btw😂), I'll be keeping an eye out for that, definitely a side I'd rather avoid

Sorry to hear about the injury, man. GH definitely plays a role in connective tissue healing, especially at 3–4iu split daily.
BPC-157 and TB500 combo can speed up soft tissue recovery, and adding low-dose MK-677 might support GH pathway even more.
Plenty of athletes report quicker rehab when these are combined smartly.

Also look into the work of Keith Barr, expert on tendon and bone recovery. He recommends placing pressure through the joint a few times a day and not locking it in place and letting it atrophy.

Did u inject tb500 close to the repair site?

Just curious, using bpc157/tb500 myself along with hgh/test/primo for tricep reattachment recovery. Most seem to use tb500 systematically but because I'm taking them in a single shot I've been injecting locally because of the bpc157.

Injecting bpc157/tb500 at site of repair. Hgh sub q at stomach.

Very happy with recovery. Addition of bpc157/tb500 to hgh/test/primo made an almost immediate difference.

Primo is just a personal favourite of mine. The other compounds were geared towards recovery from surgery.

For something like an Achilles tear, according to my doc putting pressure on it so soon after surgery is not advisable as it can risk the sutures holding the ends of the tendon coming apart again thus why it has to be locked in place in a cast or a boot for 4-6 weeks post surgery.

My doctor said the same thing. He has dealt with allot of male athletes in their 40's who had the same injury (complete quad tendon tear) and he said that given muscle memory and previous training and other factors like trt, my muscle and tendon recovery would outpace the anchoring of tendon sutures to the bone.

Although I was initially frustrated at him delaying rehab, it appears that this strategy in the longer term was correct.

Also, with the bpc and tb500 I did a combined shot in the quad near the injury site.
