Hello, I am thinking about adding 4iu/day to my next cycle of 600mg test/wk and 400mg deca/wk.
My knees bother me as well as my shoulders and elbows and I was thinking that the GH will help increase my joint and tendon strength. Will 4iu/day for 4 months (5 days on 2 off) be enough to significantly strengthen my joints? I am 32 years old but have trained hard most of my life and my joints go on strike sometimes.
