I've used it but not sure if i will use it again.. Guess only if i have enough spare money..
Ive used it @250µg around 3 times a day. Has to be in fasted state and best if you do some sort of activity after.
Ive did it pre 30min morning walk, pre 30min mid walk, pre workout. Sometimes ive thrown in a dosage in the mid of the night.
At this dosage, i believe it made a difference in fat loss for me - but was also quite expensive. Ive paid around 55€ for either a GMP 10mg frag (that was good shit) or 34€ for 10mg hgh frag "98+ purity". Still worked but the first one worked better but it was an additional 150€ a month..
