fasting = low insulin levels, great environment for tapping into fat stores directly. GH frag, just like GH cause fat to breakdown into usable energy (lypolysis), if insulin is present it stops lypolysis.
I'm sure though if you do only protein and take frag you may still benefit from it, but it probably will not be as effective than fasting where the main energy source is fatty acids.
What about if you fast from around 10pm to 11am. Would it be good to take it then at 7am when I'm up even though I'm working then and not exercising but still fasting?
