anyone try this pep by itselt?

hows it effects on fat loss?

not looking for any more muscle gains, just want something to replace hgh that helps for staying lean. Can't handle the usual clen, effy's and so on at my ripe old age!!
Hgh was working amazingly well, but just sick and tired of all the fake gh going around. 1 time its good, next time it sucks.. can't win!

or is there a better option with peptides for this purpose?
some have said ghrp2 or 6, but I dont want the hunger side it has.
 
If you are wanting to research with peptides that will help a subject along the lines of Gh.

Yes its good by itself and even better when you run it with DES for your research subjects. You must be very consistant with your frag dosing too see the results. Dose is up 1mg a day.

there are some strategies to doing it right. it cannot be taken like gh. you have to be willing to do some fasting, allowing you to use the liberated fatty acids. this is where the problem lies with frag as no one allows the research subject enough time to utilize after mobilization.
example of proper research:
dose research subject b4 bed

dose 500mcg say 7 am

get your cardio in
and push the fast as long as you can (if you want to go longer but ingest some calories, make it protein only, but not whey. aminos are perfect)
++++keep your blood sugar and insulin quiet+++++

dose again 500 mg push it again
maybe some more cardio, if you can take it, but at least stay active, dont make it sunday during nfl season were you sit on your butt all day

eventually you have to eat, so keep it clean

now you would not do this every day, but mix this strategy in to your week as much as you can tolerate. this is allowing the frag to mobilize the fat, and then you have ample time and activity to use it. if you eat and spike the BG, the fat just wont get used

you may also be really pleased with your energy levels b/c of the fat available for energy, and you might be pleased with the overcompensation you can have after such a day of depletion the next day.
there is alot of resistance with this approach b/c everyone says, you gotta eat every 2.3957 hours, but you are trying to loose fat.
use the strategy wisely, so dont do it on leg day. maybe time it up where you are on a day off, or in the middle of a 2 day break (all depends on your workout schedule)

you can also use other peptides as well as others have mentioned, but good luck fasting all day with ghrp 2 or 6
ipam/hex/cjc are viable options along side frag allowing you to avoid the hunger

What is your 'protocol' for using it?
 
I start with 500mcg before fasted cardio. Once up to 1mg will split 500mcg twice a day. 200mcg DES before workout.
 
The DES is given IM in the muscle to be worked, correct?
