Plenty of threads on this. I think it is a waste of money. At 500 mcg a day I saw no results. Use GH or GHRP.

No. It was good. Almost everyone I have heard from on it says the same thing, that it doesn't work. It is what it is.

Given its average price...you will get more bang for your buck investing in HGH. However, neither will do anything for you if your nutrition is lacking even 10-15%...
