HGH/IGF Blast Cycle ?

I'm planning on running 10 IU hgh post workout 3x/week for about 8 weeks and was wondering how to add in the IGF ? do I take it pre-workout or 30 minutes or when exactly ?
I'm also planning on being on a keto diet, does that matter ?

I thought burst cycles were 2 weeks long and ran 5 on 2 off. I also thought that new research found that more growth was found in eod dosaging method & a combination of HGH as well as IGF presented more growth.

So i guess a growth spurt would look something like this:
Days 1-20 LR3 IGF-1 80mcg EOD
Days 1-20 4.5IU HGH 2x a day EOD
with 20 days off.

Personly I would run this:
Days 1-20 LR3 IGF-11 70mcg EOD
Days 1-20 4IU HGH 2x a day EOD
Days 1-20 IGF DES 1,3 20mcg 2x a day EOD
with 20 days off.

Any way what are your goals?
 
I meant 4 weeks not 8 in my original post
main goal is to lose that last bit of stubborn fat and if I gain a few lbs of muscle I won't say no lol
got an insight about the keto thing ?
 
4 weeks at every 3 days dosage you will not see much. May i sugest some HGH Frag, Alpha-T2, and longer cycle length. As long as your fats and carbs dont co-inside with your injections you should be fine. Like 15min before you eat. How many times a day are you eating? Remeber diet is the key, anabolics are simply a catalyst.

SORRY BRAIN FART! Your diet will not effect the HGH!

4 weeks blast cycle then continue with 4 IU's a day 5on/2off
I can't seem to find any HGH Frag where I'm at and its impossible to get through customs here if I order it from a source
I eat 4-5 times a day, around 300 grams of protein a day, don't really count fats, and carbs I don't usually exceed 40 grams when cutting (keto)
 
If your trying to loose fat taking gh on a empty stomach pre cardio would be your best bet.
