I mean, it's possible for compounds to activate the GHR with 1/10-1/15 (i.e., with considerably LESS signaling ability) as 22kDa, but that would seem to be the opposite from what he's implying (that there could be some 35kDa hGH "isoform" (LOL) that is more potent than 22K-GH). Without delving into the GHR conformational changes/signaling, 22K-GH cannot be "engineered" in the sense this huckster implies. It's not the first time I've heard Kikel called a fraud, this really demonstrates that.
The modern view of hGH and its isoform (20K-GH, comprising 5-10% of GH circulation in blood) is that 22kDa-GH is "evolutionarily optimized," in that primate GH can activate non-primate GHR but not vice versa. Human GH activates porcine GHR more strongly than porcine. Yao-xia, L., Jin g-yan, C., Xia-lian, T., Ping, C., & Min, Z. (2017). The 20 kDa and 22 kDa forms of human growth hormone (hGH) exhibit different intracellular signalling profiles and properties.
