none of this this makes sense at such a low dose. Just stop taking it.

I started with 1iu twice a day 12 hrs apart. Then I went to 2iu once a day. 1iu once and finally the .3 for 2-3 days before stopping.

I have a theory. Let my preface and say again, just take my word. I know this sounds odd to most. I’ve been training/eating consistently 15yrs now. I’ve followed carnivore for the most part for 19 months.

I’m not zero carb for the hell of it. It has tremendous positive affects for me. A couple big ones being lowering my blood pressure and anxiety. Considerably. These are the first symptoms I noticed coming on with the hgh.

Another I started noticing was getting a little gassy/stinky and nasty shits.

Then yet another symptom came back that I had for years on top of years. I thought it was normal. My gums started bleeding when I brushed my teeth.

I think the igf1 response (maybe more to it and I don’t even know I’m just guessing) was creating a similar affect in my body that consuming carbs and sugar does. Creating inflammation, increased blood pressure/anxiety, etc...

That’s all I can come up with... it’s creating some sort of response that carbs and sugars create.

I’m pretty damn sure it’s legit. I don’t think that’s an issue. Guaranteed sponsor and it filled me out pretty good. Pumps that lasted for hours on end.... but all the other shit sucked.

I love food. Like I said I don’t eat the way I do for the hell of it. It’s the increase in the quality of life today, and what I believe will also increase my years. To have something take these benefits away is not worth it to me.
 
U could try adding in dandy lion, or celery to help with the bloat, add in some carditone for bp? And see how it goes?
