I have used GH on and off for the past 10 yrs and never had this problem until right after my first surgery on my shoulder....weird right? Need to mention I am 44 now too.

So yeah, ever since my surgery last year for my shoulder last April, I was on 2iu a day for 5 months prior to the surgery and was fine and about 6 weeks after I had the surgery, prostatitis started flaring up all of a sudden...had not been on anything else either...just GH and same now. Anyways I had to quit when I finally realized that the GH seemed to be irritating my prostate because I could feel symptoms worsen within 12 hrs of my injection....and they would start getting better when I wouldnt inject for 2-3 days.

I have used GH on and off for the past 10 yrs and never had this problem until right after my first surgery on my shoulder....weird right? Need to mention I am 44 now too.

Anyways, It had been 6 months since stopped the GH and now Ive been on just 1iu a day for 5 days a week for about the past 2 months and started at 1/2 iu and the flareup stayed minimal and it seemed like my body could handle 1 iu after tapering up slowly, but now for the past 2 weeks Ive had to cut back to 3 days a week because symptoms are definitely trying to get worse now again.

So unfortunately it looks like I will always be sensitive to it from here on. Sucks too, because just as Ive really started to notice the recovery benefits from it as was the case before, my prostate starts flaring up SMH.

Are there any peptides that I can use that will match the recovery benefits of GH without inflaming my prostate like GH does.?

Ive used BPC157/TB500 3 different times and didnt get nothing out of it except stomach problems so that stuff is a no go.

I think you should get a medical check to confirm your theory. Don’t go by what you think or feel is happening. For all you know it could be a medical condition not the gh

Forget to mention that and my Urologist confirmed thats what it was. he was furious when didnt tell him about the GH use until my second follow up visit SMH. Went thru 8 weeks of antibiotic treatment before realized it was getting worse with the GH even when on antibiotics. Its def the GH because it got to the point where I could feel my prostate tingle/spasm within 12 hrs after injection like clock work.. When i stopped the GH last July, it gradually went away until I returned to normal by October. Started GH back in early March this year...and it is gradually returning again, Ive slacked off the GH in the past week and it is calming down because this time I know whats causing it and Im not using as high of a dose so it is not that bad yet, but it was starting to before I slacked off last week.

Now, I'm 59, and have been suffering from various levels of BPH for quite a few years, depending on what I'm running. I just googled it, and it looks like it's possible that GH may contribute to BPH. It's weird because I was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer, and during the meeting, my urologist suggested that I should drop testosterone completely. However, when I asked him if I need to stop GH, he said "no", so I jumped back on GH, and am currently running 2.4iu/day. I also decided to not stop running Test since he wants to completely remove my prostate in the next few months anyway. I wasn't having any serious BPH problems until I recently decided to add some Deca in, and boom, instant BPH. No more Deca lol. I think once BPH gets started, there are a lot of factors that can contribute to it. For instance, I love running ephedra as a preworkout. But didn't realize that it was contributing to my BPH until a member on another forum mentioned it. I forgot about that and started running it again about 6 weeks ago, and instant BPH. As soon as I dropped it, things got better. I'm hoping once the Deca clears enough, the BPH will improve. If not, I may have to consider dropping the GH to see if that helps.

Look into a peptide called Prostamax
I tried it. I ran a kit of 10mg Prostamax and a kit of 20mg Prostatmax. I researched how to run it, but not sure if I ran enough of it, or for a long enough duration. Anyway, I didn't notice any reduction of my BPH or PSA score.

Man, sorry to hear about your prostate cancer. See, thats whats got me worrying, that this could be the beginning of a slow build up to that with me being 44 now....59 aint that far off really lol.
I will say Ive had my PSA levels tested last year during the initial bout and it only jumped from 1.3 up to 1.7 at the highest point....so not really much of an increase in PSA for as bad as my urinary symptoms and bladder spasms/prostate inflammation got.

Like you I found evidence that combining Test with GH can cause an increase in BPH, but Ive not been on TRT in forever(8 years ago) and just been using the GH for years on and off for recovery benefits mainly.

You've got the PSA levels of a 20 year old. I'm jealous lol!

Oh ok ok well if the urologist confirmed it then it’s different 👍 well that sucks no GH. I wouldn’t touch it if that’s the case. Not worth it.

Yeah, it really does suck to realize Im probably never going to be able to use this shit again for the good recovery benefits I get from it at a low dose even. Since I dont have much experience with peptides, thats why I was asking and wondering if I could get the recovery benefits from any peptides without the prostate sides from GH.

But if the urologist is going to remove it can’t you get back on gh after that ? Just wondering

He's removing mine, not the OP's lol. And yes, I should be able to blast away afterwards.
Oh shit lol you right my bad. I’m so sorry to hear about your cancer. I lost my father to cancer. Prayer out to you brother

You guys have to remember that igf1 plays a big role not just in the prostate but also in hair loss! So if you don't think about it you may not catch it when you mention GH, but once you think about it will become apparent! I would also check estrogen levels.

Worked with a Urologist for 6 months on the problem...He said its the build up of IGF-1 from the GH thats ultimately causing irritation. For whatever reason, Im now extra sensitive to it...Age/prior history of use/genetic marker change...who knows. Stopping the GH is the only thing that made the symptoms slowly get better until I returned to normal last fall.

It's kinda funny, the older guys get prostate problems and lose their hair both related to dht, yet old guys don't produce much test or dht, and GH/igf1 so what's going on? Well old guys will also have the worst bitch tits! So apparently estrogen is the cause! The great Dan Duchain!
