I've been doing research and am having trouble deciding between using hgh or some peptide for 2 herniated disc in my lumbar and muscular strain in my upper back (I'm guessing the muscles are just strained to shit). Had MRI on lower back though. It happened from over training, sports, and then a specific sporting accident which made all hell break out. It's been 5 months and am just not healing and am doing all the recommended stuff from the doc. I'm dying to get back in the gym and on a consistent workout routine.
I'm leaning towards running hgh for about 12-16 weeks at around 4 iu a day or just stop whenever I start feeling better ( if it even happens-I've read some contradictory stuff). I just want to do this in the shortest amount of time possible and avoid side effects, which, as I know, is hard. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated?
