Hgh powder in the freezer for 12 hours.... Is it ruined?

I know peptides need to be in the freezer, I told a friend of mine the same about hgh. After researching I now know this was wrong, so if it was in the freezer for 12 hrs is it bad? Thanks fellas.

Will be fine from what I understand. The powder is freeze dried anyway. As long as it wasn't reconstituted.

It's freeze dried. That's way colder than your freezer.

You will only hurt the protein by freezing it if it is reconstituted. The ice crystals will denature the protein. If it is still dry then freezing it is fine.

If you get it legally from a compounding pharmacy it is sent express mail with an ice pack. So I think a short time would be ok.

I would be curious to see how sensitive it really is.
Maybe I will take a vial and expose it to some elements, Blast the water directly on it when I mix it...and see if it effects the blood serum level.
Maybe freeze it for a week and then leave it out at room temp for a week.

I wonder how much if any at all it effects it.

Yeah I remember when this was asked a while back and the experts said you should not freeze it.

You know I have heard it shouldnt be kept in a freezer but other peptide structures are stored in the freezer.

And I remember Animal doing some testing on growth and it stability in different forms mixed etc and found it as alot more stable then originally thought.

HGH is not a peptide and should NOT be frozen. It is VERY unstable. It is created through E.Coli expression.

Peptides are synthesized via chains of amino acid sequences. You CAN store them in the freezer for long term storage. You CAN also freeze/thaw pins as well but just remember they DO slightly degrade/denature the proteins of your peptides during this process. I hope this clears up some of the confusion.
