Hey all, I am on my first cycle right now... been on the var for two weeks now, 5 mg daily and just got my HGH. I have some questions about dosing/optimal time to take the HGH- I have read and researched but have got lots of conflicting information. I am going for lean mass - looking to put on size and weight. (currently just a little over 100 lbs- yes I am short though!) Here is what I am planning to do, and I was wondering if you could look it over and let me know if you have any suggestions:

Inject 4 days a week (start with 1iu?) (quad/shoulder day (mon), back day (Tues), whole leg day (Thurs), and chest/arm day (Sat).

Injections will be postworkout, immediately after lifting- while sipping on dextrose or malto/BCAA/whey protein shake.

My question is, on days I do cardio postworkout (only 20-30 min), can I do my injection while beginning to sip my shake and THEN do my cardio a few minutes later .... and finish the shake either during or after?

Also, is 4 days a week enough, and what do you think about starting with 1iu versus 2iu? Would I get better results injecting more frequently or using a larger dosage?

Finally, about how many grams of sugar should I be consuming with my shake for optimal recovery but not overspillage into fat? Is 25 grams enough? I don't do well with simple sugars/insulin spikes, but I understand that they are necessary for recovery... I was thinking about buying a product like biotest surge to use Postworkout, any opinions? I have a LARGE meal with a good 50-60 grams complex carbs and 40 grams protein and veggies around an hour- hour and a half post workout, so how many carbs are really necessary in my shake?

Take 2 iu's 3 days a week. You should be fine. Personally, I like juiced after training and maybe some oatmeal a bit later. It doesnt have to be complicated.

Just take your iu's after you get home from training AND cardio.

For all your other stuff for supplements go with Synthetek. BIOTEST is overpriced and WAYYYY overhyped.
 
sorry, but what is juiced? and I thought that it would be beneficial/crucial to take the sugars/protein at the same time as the HGH... is this not correct? Also, why only 3 times a week?

There is a million ways to take gh. 3x a week pwo is best for mximum muscle gains 2-4ius is more a number I would pick. 1iu seems low to me. do your workout and go home & inject and drink a pwo shake with 30grams protein & 40-60 grams fast acting carbs. then eat a good solid meal with slower acting carbs and hour or so later.
 
so can I drink my shake while I inject? would you recommend waxy maize and whey, or oats and whey, or dextrose and whey for the shake? Am I able to eat more carbs while on HGH without as much risk for fat storage, or is that a myth?
 
oats are a low glycemic carb

you want a fast acting carb...dextrose is good, so are skittles or mentos candy or juice. waxy maize sounds like some new fangled fancy stuff that costs a lot of money, so I don't know anything about that.

as far as what you can eat while you are on, that is what you will need to learn as your body changes & grows. Look in the mirror and decide how your body is reacting.
 
Yes I meant apple juice or water. Something simple, high glycemic in nature. I think a female has no business approaching the 5 iu mark with gh. That is why I recommend 1-2 iu's. LESS IS BETTER.

Ironchick, you said you did some research but I am wondering what you researched. Basically, using any drug or illegal substance ISNT a license to eat poorly in your diet. You want maximum results you stay disciplined all the way through. Let the losers eat like shit or whatever and think the drugs will help them.

I would NOT jump right into 2-4 iu's. She may get really good results with just 1iu. A rule of thumb for women.....SLOW AND LOW until you see what kind of results you are going to get.

Also, you will not see immediate results from GH so don't use it for 2 weeks and think you aren't getting results. It takes longer than that to see them. Give it 4 weeks or so. If you feel you can increase it at that time - add 1iu.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS start LOW and increase as needed!!!!!
 
yeah, your right considering she weighs half as much as me :D

I did 2ius of jins my first go around and did not get the results I wanted at that number and wasted time & money, but I am into gaining mass and that is what I thought she is looking for as well.

Also I don't look at gh like I do aas. a bit more gh is not going to give you sides like aas is.

You dont want to wate your money, so do do more than 2 iu's, it is jus my 2 cents from my experience with lots of big girls.

Also i prefer Hygetropin than the Jintropin, good results on everyone.

yeah, my suggestion of 2-4 is for other people, I do more than that and a whole different protocal as well
 
so would 1 iu, 4 times a week be a good start? Injected postworkout while drinking a whey/dextrose shake (35 grams protein, 30-40 grams dextrose), then large meal with complex carbs/protein/veggies an hour later?
 
Again, start with 1 iu 3 times a week. That is enough for now to see where you are. The PWO and meal look good. Good luck and be safe.

I advise people that if they do use compounds that LESS is BEST to see how you react. Finally the less and longer approach is always better for overall gains once AAS are in the mix as well.

You results will not be mindblowing. Give it time. I believe they say that 8-10 weeks you should REALLY see your results. You should have a better mood overall though.

Keeping the iu's low also keeps you from having to add a T-3 stim as well.
 
Regardless of how "big" a female is using ANY AAS.......be it var, gh, primo....whatever.......

LOW AND SLOW - start at a low dose and increase slowly after a reasonable and considerable amount of time to minimize sides.

when doing research on this stuff you will usually see a suggested range in which to start. ALWAYS start at the BOTTOM of the range unless you have used that specific compound in the past and know how your body responds to it.

I gotta agree with that. Bottom line is if you make that choice you should start on the low end of the spectrum to see where and how you respond. IT CANT HURT. :)

Being impatient and just jumping in with too much etc is just a microcosm for someone that wont diet and train hard...and just wants results fast. That will never end well.:(
 
yep, you guys are right on the money. The diet is the foundation of any program working.

post cycle follow up is a big part that many people neglect. I always tell women that if they are going to be taking risks with anabolics, they need to maiximise the results going in, during & especially after to not lose what they gained and any sides they picked up enroute.

So many go off cycle and then slack off in the gym and in the diet because they are no longer motivated and lose all that they gained. It's especially sad if there are some gained side effects that they will always have to live with :(
 
With peptides I tend to agree with Dave Palumbo that "less is more," especially with women. He has a great thread on the MD forum, which you may want to check out. I believe he doesn't recommend more than 1iu for women, and not for a long duration either as it can thicken the facial bones in women.

Also correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe besides deep sleep you get your highest GH response PWO, so I'm not sure of the logic of taking GH PWO, but like I said, I'm not sure, so if there's literature out there to prove me wrong I'd love to see it. That being said try taking the GH first thing in the morning, when your natural production is at it's lowest and cortisol and muscle catabolism is usually at it's highest.

I was just doing research and asking board bros about this exact question. Hungry wants to try gh with me. She will take it for weight loss (for the record, we have t3, clen and a number of others, but she does not like the sides) and I will take it for lean mass gains. This thread has come at the perfect time! Thanks!
In fact Amazon, I was told to send you a PM by another member of the board regarding this. I was on my way to the PM page when I saw this thread. What we really wanted to know is dosage for her and for myself. Thank you also to Scorpio for your dosage input and about not jumping in to 2 to 4 iu's, this is exactly the direction we would have gone.
 
Sorry, but I was reading about inject while drinking your shake. Is it like: You grab a glass or shake bottle with your left hand start drinking it then with your right hand you grab the slin pin and inject in your leg or something like that?
