Hey all, I am on my first cycle right now... been on the var for two weeks now, 5 mg daily and just got my HGH. I have some questions about dosing/optimal time to take the HGH- I have read and researched but have got lots of conflicting information. I am going for lean mass - looking to put on size and weight. (currently just a little over 100 lbs- yes I am short though!) Here is what I am planning to do, and I was wondering if you could look it over and let me know if you have any suggestions:
Inject 4 days a week (start with 1iu?) (quad/shoulder day (mon), back day (Tues), whole leg day (Thurs), and chest/arm day (Sat).
Injections will be postworkout, immediately after lifting- while sipping on dextrose or malto/BCAA/whey protein shake.
My question is, on days I do cardio postworkout (only 20-30 min), can I do my injection while beginning to sip my shake and THEN do my cardio a few minutes later .... and finish the shake either during or after?
Also, is 4 days a week enough, and what do you think about starting with 1iu versus 2iu? Would I get better results injecting more frequently or using a larger dosage?
Finally, about how many grams of sugar should I be consuming with my shake for optimal recovery but not overspillage into fat? Is 25 grams enough? I don't do well with simple sugars/insulin spikes, but I understand that they are necessary for recovery... I was thinking about buying a product like biotest surge to use Postworkout, any opinions? I have a LARGE meal with a good 50-60 grams complex carbs and 40 grams protein and veggies around an hour- hour and a half post workout, so how many carbs are really necessary in my shake?
