My goal right now is to lean bulk for mass gains. A friend of mine recommended me the following protocol: High HGH dose every day for a week (like 10 IU+), then nothing for 2-3 weeks, then high HGH every day for a week again, then nothing again for 2-3 weeks.
Is this really superior for gaining more mass versus a lower, more steady dose of HGH? I've never seen anything like what my friend is recommending before.
