HGH pulsing protocol. Legit?

My goal right now is to lean bulk for mass gains. A friend of mine recommended me the following protocol: High HGH dose every day for a week (like 10 IU+), then nothing for 2-3 weeks, then high HGH every day for a week again, then nothing again for 2-3 weeks.

Is this really superior for gaining more mass versus a lower, more steady dose of HGH? I've never seen anything like what my friend is recommending before.

I'm not that one this will work at all brother but is there anyway you can post a reference to where U got this from I would like to read it? Also on your days off you might want to look into ghrp-2 with Mod grf. Only because it gives GH pulses instead of a bleed which is what the human body does I'm sure you know and will not interfere with your natural GH release.

ED is much superior

Actual day to day dosages can vary drastically depending on how you respond to them. Some people pulse 1IU growth every 3 hours and see accelerated lipolysis where as others only split it AM/PM and get the same results...I'd say 2-3x per day is where the optimal timing may be simply for keeping levels where we want them

Yes, that what i'm going to do 3x = AM, before workout , PM - before bed
