I am looking to use HGH for fat loss and well being. I am planning on running 2 iu / day rips and 500mg / week Test Cyp with 1mg /EOD Arimidex. 500iu HCG every 5 days. If I tolerate the GH then I will up it to 4iu/day. when should I pin the GH? AM or PM ? any advice/experience would be greatly appreciated. I am also going to get T4. (how much?)
 
For the best results for HGH for fat loss, you will have to do a low carb diet.
High insulin levels blunt the fat loss effect of HGH.

I'd go up to 4iu daily and start with 100mcg of T4 daily for a week then to 200mcg daily T4.

If you inject your HGH then do cardio first thing in the am on an empty stomach, you will see a lot of fat loss. Take your T4 before cardio session too (on empty stomach)
 
At a dose of 2 pre bed. dose of 4 split 2 before bed 2 morning. Bro just get it in as it has a half life of 20 plus hours and spikes at 1.5-3 hours. I went this route for a LONG time and fat melted off. Whats your BF?

my BF is 20%. already started a ketogenic diet, cardio 6 days per week, low weight high reps short rest period training, each body part once per week.
 
I saw good results using it PWO, real good results.

Just don't see why preworkout makes much sense. Takes a couple hours to spike and spiked IGF-1 levels have little correlation with exercise intensity. In fact Igf-1 has a natural spike post workout naturally so you may be blunting those effects. Plus pre workout you typically have a meal or shake which would slow down absorbtion as well. First thing in morning you are in a "fasting" state and typically pre bed- unless you are bulking and this man is not- you are also somewhat fasting and with a 2-3 hour spike you will reap maximum benefit IMO. Personally tried every which way and this regimen has done wonders for fat my persnal loss. Realize everyone responds differently and the best approach is to listen to veteran users and after you hear every valid opinion try every approach that makes sense to your lifestyle and see what works for you. Personally I can claim 5 years plus ED on.

5iu ED zero sides. Thats my threshold. Well I do get some occasional CT syndrome but I am so used to it by now it does not even bother me. Kind of makes me know it is working. Could not be happier. Best substance known to man. Feel as if I have not aged a day. All of my blood work is perfect. I plan on this plan till the day I die and will adjust dose accordingly wih time. I am not reckless with it as I frequently run IGF levels and stay between 500-600 which I believe to be optimal. Many others run much much higher- and some for shorter periods of time. I feel as if I have not aged a bit and could easily pass for 25 and I am about to turn 34. There are so many opinions regarding suggestive dosing schedules as it can become quite confusing. Bottom line just get it in you on a regular basis, never miss a dose and be patient up front and then wham all of a sudden you are like wholly shit! Recently started new product after 5 years on generic IP blues which- from what i'm reading here is top notch and affordable. After a month on it I will test and see the truth. Go for it man but remember- it takes time. Patience. Its not like feeling AAS after 3 weeks. And the effect perpetuates and instigates the body as a whole to function and heal at a higher level. Either I'm delusional or genius for doing this to myself but I tend to think the later as nothing IMO comes close for wellbeing. Find your dose and stick with it!

i do 2iu's in the morning and 2 more after my workout. if i workout in the morning, i take all 4iu's post workout
 
i have switched to 3 big PWO injections a week and i must say i am getting better results than i did on 4iu am injections ed.
 
Your BF% is 20%?!?

You need to focus more on your diet and training before you start pinning. I don't see a reason why a newbie would need to use illegal fatloss drugs until they reach 6% bodyfat naturally.
 
HRT

I am mainly doing this for HRT. I am not new to this game. After using gear for some years, T3, DNP, TEST/EQ, TRN/PROP/WINNY, SUST/DECA ...these were some of my favorites....Completely off for 5 years now and DIET/EXERCISE doesn't work like it used to. I need alittle TEST to get back to normal so I figured HGH isn't going to hurt my efforts. Better living through chemistry right?
 
For HGH users who do it PWO, do you guys notice fat loss from it? I am wondering because I have been doing 3iu am/pm so 6iu a day and my fat loss has stalled. I know you are suppose to do hgh for fat loss everyday from what i read, but also don't you need to be not eating carbs when you inject it and PWO you need carbs...
