I'm sure this has been asked and that my search skills suck.

Right to the point:
-I'm 42
-I get sore joints quicker than I used to and leaner I get the worse it gets
-I'm trying to loose fat
-I'm trying to maintain strength and muscle mass
-I would like to compete in October
-Cost is a factor
-I would want minimal impact to CV system, blood lipids, blood pressure and mood alteration.

I'm considering the following and wondering which track would be best.

Option 1: HGH at 1-2IU's ED for the next 6 months

Option 2: CJC/GRhp 6 combo perhaps with Frag

Option 3: Jack up the TRT Test dose a bit off and on and add some combo of fat burners - e.g., DNP or T3/Clen (not really my favorite option for other health reasons)

Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

option 3 wont do anything for joints. Options 1 or 2 will cover all bases imo. if cost is factor id say option 2 without the frag.

Thanks man. I could definitely swing doing 1iu ED. No problem. I could probably even get away with 2.

Do you guys think 1-2 would do the trick for a guy my age (42)? Or, would it just make more sense to up the dose on the peptides a little and save the cash?

I don't mind trying the peptides but that, to me, just seems like the bleeding edge of science in a way. HGH, while more expensive, seems a little more tried-and-true. I just didn't know if 1-2 IU's would just be a waste.
 
For a guy your age 2iu will do you well. Ive been using ghrp alone for few weeks and joints are improving and they do work. You seem sold on hgh over peps and thats fine it will work. I would take a break from hgh and use peps here and there to keep what nat gh production youve got left going. I do feel 1iu would be a little low though but you could start there and gauge results. Trouble with that is takes a long time to see results.

Maybe the peptides would be a better approach. I really don't want to suppress whatever limited GH production I have left. Plus it would be a boatload less expensive.

I was thinking about CJC and GHRP protocal.
 
Getting the CJC-1295 3 pack and ghrp-6 4pack from precision peptides it is around 60 or 70 dollars which can last up to 15 weeks using a moderate dosage schedule.

Southern research some also but it is 70 dollars for just a combo pack of cjc/ghrp. Which makes me really consider the quality of pp
 
I would start with just the GH, add the pep only when you need to. I got great results for 12-16 months off of just GH. After that I started adding in peptides, now after 2.5 years, I generally do GH for a time then peps for a time or I do them all together. Constant change after your body gets used to gh is the way to go.
