HGH Recommendations / Refresher

Its been a while, bc I was out from a huge shoulder injury for a while, plus got lazy and caught up with family stuff. Could someone give me a quick refresher on HGH usage and length time? I was looking on doing about 2iu's a day for about 6 months with my AAS to get me back on the band wagon. I was looking into getting about 4 kits from ACE here. Does that sound about right?

hey dude,

2iu per day is like nothing, this is about what your body produces. i'd rather go for 4-6ie per day for about 6-12 month (the longer the better).

Stop giving out information dude....

OP do a search there are threads with pages full of dosage recommendations based on goals including a good lengthy one just a few threads under this one....

It all depends on what goals are. Different doses and usage practices will produce different effects. Feel free to message me privately for some more in depth advice
