If anything I think i got so much older since I started using gh , I know I am not spring chicken but I think gh did nothing for me in terms slowing aging process. I was always looking 10 years younger then I really was , now?? Not so sure anymore. And the last 2 years I eat ultra clean and so much more better compared to years before. Literally 2 years ago people were telling me I look 27-30 max where I was 43. Now I am 45 and people are: 45?????
P.s i also lowered my gear a lot.

HGH is one factor brother, usage of androgen has its impact as well

I didn’t know where to put these and didn’t want to create a new thread but here are two recent 2025 studies on HGH in heart failure. The first is a meta analysis of previous studies and second link is a new one. Both had positive results (in replacement level doses to fix a deficiency. Not bodybuilding level doses)

I would expect HGH to have short term benifits especially for those with ill health.
Seeing where it had benifits documented very long term benifits would really be a plus.

So obviously it doesn't turn back the hands of time then!!!!! If it did i would have only aged a couple year. Hardly noticeable at all!!!!

There are multiple factors in aging, and high doses of androgens do take their toll. But this clinical trial speaks for itself.

Anecdotally, it has always just made good common sense that GH should slow aging. Early claims by doctors that it didn't were always suspect, IMO.

I didn't start using it until around the age of 54. I did 2 major regional shows making a run at a pro card at age 56 (didn't get it but guy who beat me did) and I think that the androgens of those shows accelerated my aging. Turning 60 beat my face with an ugly stick, LOL.
