Just trying to iron out some details and need a little help.
Currently doing Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
Wake up: 5ius hgh
30-60min later: 20min on step mill
Post cardio: 10iu humulin r and meal
5-6 hours later: workout
Post workout: 5ius hgh
15 min later: 10iu humulin r and meal
**Clearly im eating more than two meals, but i wanted to list bc of slin.
1) Where should igflr3 fit in on those days above?
2) OR only dose igflr3 10mcg am and 10mcg pm Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday?
If any further info is needed please ask. I just want to make the best out of it.
