peptides (ghrp 2+ cjc no dac both 100mcg)
-20 minutes later
4 iu hgh
-60 minutes later
8 iu novorapid
(since novorapids peak (1.5-2.5 hrs) is around 1 hour faster than the r type insulins peak time, and with this protocol the hgh would peak same time as slin)
15 mins later breakfast with all the necessary carbs and stuff of course
WORK a few hours
Pre workout, right after work
5iu Novorapid, with intra workout shake
Post workout

Pre bed
peptides, 20 minutes later another 2 iu of hgh
