HGH+slin pre workout.

Want to use hgh for health benefits and to keep bf low while bulking. Gone use 3-4iu when black arrive. And is t3 a nice add of just leave it out? Read some about it.

Is slin realy needed for bulk ? I am litle scared about using this. And getting big belly . The pregnancylook is not what I am aiming for.(no offense)


I weight 93kg bf 8% gone start in 3 weeks first gone take my bf down and some water out to see my real bf numbers.

750mg sust/500deca/ Dbol 50mg

3500cal is the start for bulk wother 330p 300carbs and 100fat. 1-2 junkmeals a week. Is this gone take me to 100kg ?

Gone slowly bump this up to 4200cal

I had advice to start using slin at low dose preworkout. That this will benefit my bulk more and is not that risky. I don't want to get a hypo.

Can somebody help me with a protocol. How much insulin is good and how much to eat after injection. There are many diffrent thought about this.

What's a low dose of this insulin...I added a pic of the insulin I can get easy and legit.

I'd focus on an intra workout slin protocol. Start by searching for the Mike Arnold protocol. You can scale your slin dose and carbs down to start out (which I'd recommend starting a lower dose of slin to see how you respond). This type of intra protocol will minimize fat gain and VAT deposition. Use just enough carbs to cover your insulin dose but be safe, don't cut it too short. See how your body responds.

No slin isn't necessary, but with GH and educated use, you can significantly increase the lean muscle you're able to put on over and above AAS alone.

If you want to get big you'll need a lot more calories than 3,500. I cut up on that. You need over 5,000 clean calories. Drugs only do so much if you don't feed them

Oké what would you recommend? I start on 3500 and work my way up to 4200cal.

I am on 2600cal now and my weight is stable 1 junkmeal a week.

My matenance should be about 2800cal.

But if you Got some advice let me know what you think.
