I have some GH on hand and I'm looking to incorporate peptides into the mix to make best use of my GH investment.
I'm trying to figure out the best protocal for making lean gains while focusing on strength. Another goal for this protocal would be to aid in healing and prevention of injuries.
I compete in Strongman and for the past year or so have faced continous injuries. The latest was a partial hammstring tear 5wks ago. In an effort to prevent future injuries I have been focusing more time on flexability, reduced my work load in the gym altered my "supplement" regime.
Current AAS:
125mg/wk test e
75mg/wk tren e
800mg/wk EQ
*Plus Planning to cycle NPP & Anavar with the above alternating between the two every 4 to 6wks.
Training:
I will be training 3 times pre week, Tues/Thurs/Sunday... Upper body, lower body, and a full body "events" session on sunday.
I will be using Biotest Workout fuel (w/ bcaas etc) pre and during workout and Biotest Recovery Post.
GH & Peptides:
On training days:
10-15iu GH Pre-wo
Up to 10iu Humalog Pre-wo
and
100-400 mcg mgf Post-wo
On Non-Training days
upto 3x pre day of
mod GRF 100mcg & GHRP-2 100mcg
I'm wondering that since my training dosent center around any perticular body part which MGF would work best Regular or PEG? or a combo of the two?
Also looking for feed back on the plan as a whole...
