How do you prefer your daily dose of hgh sub q vs IM and why? just curious what's everyone's preference and why?

I do it sub-q , but I'd switch if science shows it's more effective IM, just been doing the standard method
 
I mix it up. I've read that sub q gives slightly higher igf levels over the long run, but I don't think there is a big enough difference to notice.

So I just go with how my mood strikes me at that time. Probably 50/50 split.

I switched to IM after years of Sub Q. I get better results from IM.

At the end of the day it doesn't really matter. Just get it in you.
 
could be mental but it seems like there is a localized fat burning effect with sub-q. is this true or i just feel like it since my fat has all fallen off where i inject?

I notice the same thing. Lower abs are actually lower in fat than over the "six pack". I usually inject in my lower ab area. Have switched now though.
 
GH sub Q
Everything else IM
 
I know it doesn't matter one bit... But I always pin it IM in whatever muscle I'm working that day.
 
I switch it up and go sub q upon waking and IM pre workout to spike igf quicker not sure it makes a huge difference but so far so good
 
I recall reading somewhere that there is a difference. I'll look around for it.

Back in the late 90's when Serostim was flooding the USA, I did it both SubQ and IM for long periods of time each. I never noticed any difference between the two, but I was only doing 4iu's per day, so maybe it wasn't enough to notice any difference...

I now just go SubQ for GH as it's become a habit over many years and I'm happy with the results.

I do sub q as well I've never tried doing it IM but I might switch it up to do IM pwo
