Yea, i used to do the whole not eating for an hour plus. I just don't see any difference in results since i stoped doing it. As you say, we all respond differently. Im using s peptide kick start do do gh 10 mins later then eat 10 mins after that usually

This has nothing to do with the results of the GH, this has to do with protecting your health. Well, in this sense it does. Some also say to do it so the GH works on a empty stomach. The way I am referencing it is to protect your health.
