I have read tons of posts here on HGH and have learned so much from the members who contribute. I am 7 weeks into my first cycle of Blue tops. I've worked up to 4 IU/day. I do 3 days on 1 off 2 days on 1 off total 20 IU/ week.
I shoot 2 Iu's first thing when I get up(5 am). Then I pin 2 I/U around 2 pm. My workouts usually are between 9am and 10 am. My question is, would it be more beneficial to pin my second dose immediately after my workout instead of 2 pm? I've searched for an answer but can't seem to find it.
I am trying to gain some lean muscle and burn fat with the GH.
