I’ve done so much research and read so many threads on MK677, just begging myself for an excuse to use it, and I just can’t do it. I could never deal with those sides (intense bloat, fatigue, and hunger). Heck I don’t even like the more bloat-worthy HGH brands. I’ve found grey tops to be perfect for me.

You'd be the one person I think who would really hate the bloat.

It jacks up the HR just like any good GH; mine ran in the 90s when on MK, and 70 when off it. Bloat is individual, but usually pretty substantial for those who do bloat; lower dose can combat this but then you're at the mercy of less endogenous production.

A very good compound, but a highly individual one.

I swithed to keto/paleo diet a couple of weeks ago, i notice the bloat is almost gone, my BP feels better (havent measured it yet).

I was eating 300g carbs a day before, and it bloated me alot on mk/hgh. Even though was full and veiny, the sides were too much to keep going.

With no/low carbs I can continue using it, will be starting my cutting cycle after new years, so for me it works, while still getting the benefits of it.

In other words, you can manage alot of the sides with diet..

At 10mg a night I dont notice any sides.... 25mg? Horrible lethargy and cant stop stuffing my face

I don't bloat...but there is a huge effect on my appetite. Nothing like GHRP 2/6....but still very noticeable.

That's with 25mg nightly. I sleep really good, and have mild CTS as my wrist and fingers do go numb during the night at times.

I combined 25mg mk-677 and 5iu of provider black tops and holy shit did I pack on the water. gonna do it again soon but cut the dosages in half.
