Maybe give a little more details as far as goals and what you expect to achieve and one of the more knowledgeable gh guys could step in and give u some advice.
Not being a dick but how can someone help u out or give u their advice with a opening question as such.

Sufficient for fat loss, lean muscle gain, a recomp or the overall benefits of being on GH? I guess I should've asked if it would be beneficial or would I feel any effect or would I just be wasting my money. My bad

anymore than 3 or 4 iu a day for me and i get sides Im not willing to deal with.. so yes 3iu a day is beneficial, especially if your older than 30.

3 works great for me, moved to 4 recently as contest prep but had great and noticeable changes at 3 for 3 months

Generic or pharm? I think 3iu generic is a waste, rather spend on more peps in that case.

I agree unless money isn't an issue. If you're rich then load up on pharma HGH. If I could I'd run 10ius a day but that would cost $1,500/month so it isn't going to happen. Hahaha

There's some very good " generics" out there right now , if you know where to shop. I use serostims and or genos @ anything from 4-10 iu Ed. And I don't have the money to get seros and genos for ever. So I started to get generics from a certain supplier and They are very good. No water retention and other sides associated with the use of gh. Of course I do get CTS at even 2iu.

That's a great thread. Definitely the place to learn what's legit and what's crap in regards to brands of HGH.
