GH melts fat mostly. Sounds like you need weight. You need to train hard and heavy and eat, eat, eat good sources of food. Hell, you could even throw some junk in there every once in awhile at your weight.

I'm with this guy, it sounds like you've got a diet problem not a problem solvable with GH.
250mg Test E x 12 wks, 3000+ cals every day, at least 200+g protein (1.5g per pound so more as you get heavier) and go ahead and eat some McDonalds once a week or some pizza on the weekend.
You sound like a classic hard gainer and at 25 your natural GH is burning too many cals so the last thing you need is more GH.
You need some test and more calories (on top of protein).
 
I’m being real with you, GH isn’t what you want or need right now. It’s amazing, not trying to be a hypocrite, but you must have some serious beginner gains left in you. Most guys on here are going to tell you not to take anything, but if you do, man you should start off with some real low doses of hormone. If you just start eating and really understand how to train properly you should be able to add some legit size. Then down the road start looking at GH.
I appreciate you and your advice. I’ll work hard for this.
 
Don’t wanna start a whole new thread on kind of a dumb question, but it’s been years since I’ve done hgh. I just started greys at 2iu daily yesterday. My diet is very clean and I’m only maybe 8lbs from being ripped. How long do you guys think it’ll take to start seeing some fat loss and muscle fullness? I’m only running test at 400mg a week right now and just enough NPP for joints. I’m 36 years old btw
 
The right type of GH and dose will put on mass. Serostim for some reason is a better mass building and the only one approved for AIDS wasting, so it was specifically made to put on mass. IF you can find it, get enough and can handle high doses you will put on some solid gains. That said it will build thicker muscle fibers. Other quality Gh will work but not as well as Seros. Im not sure how the formulas are different and the mechanism of action.

Drop your test dose to a TRT dose.

You don't need GH and you definitely don't need Tren.

My 17 year old son is 6'1 160 and lean - he's been to the gym maybe 5 times in his life. You are 25 years old with several test cycles under your belt with a goal of "gaining mass". You need to eat more than you are eating right now and focus on CONSISTENT training and rest. You could easily add 20 lbs of lean mass by the end of the year on that virgin body. If you rely on gear to make your gains (which it's obvious you have been) you will be 35 and 160 wanting to "gain mass" because you will always lose what you gained on gear due to your poor habits elsewhere.

Hope you will appreciate the truth.

Do you have experience using Serostim?
Yes, but hard to find enough kits. Id say you need at least 3 months worth. They are meant to be taken 18iu at a time but you can try 9 iu with 5iu slin PWO with 75mg whey and 75 mg carbs. Take it all in one shot. Its good to ramp up and then see how you handle 18iu. If you get too bloated or carpal tunnel then reduce down. Take it only on workout days and eat a lot. I would also do a base of test at a min.
