HI all,
Just wanted to introduce myself, since i'm new to the site...
i'm 39 . 6 feet tall, and weigh 205 pounds with 15% body fat right now (will post pictures in the future); i've been working working out for 10 years now, and have done several steroid cycles.
I'm Canadian, but in 2008 moved to Europe (Portugal) to start a new business
I found this site, by searching the net for a certain information, but i'm glad i found it, because this site kicks ass, compared to the one i came from....forums.steroids ( and i was on that forum for a lot of years/ under a different name then here).
Couple of things i found different, from the forum i came from...Members pictures...99% of the members i looked at at this forum ARE bodybuilders and in great shape, the other forum, well not worth talking about it...so that tells me, i will learn more here; the other thing is that we can discuss things here, that are not allowed on some forums...IF we cant discuss some things on some of the forums , how do we learn, and how can we ask for information, to help us ????
I'm not a post whore ( like some people, just to get posts, by saying "welcome") so they can get over 1000 posts or so... i'm here more to read and learn, but IF i can help someone by giving my opinion i will also do that .
