I think either I m over confident or really paranoid cos for me I believe i m getting better but so far i got two ppl telling me tht im getting man boobs :D ... I am posting 3 of my pics one is from I believe Dec 2008 one from march 09 and one is recent please help me out here need some critique.as I know u guys will be neutral and anything u will say will be honest as I really put alot of work in my body ...

I can't tell with that last one. The first two it is your Bf, you need a better diet.

just to clear things up the top two pics are from the time whn i started working out and whn i was in the routine for like 3 months ... the last one is just recent one ... so i guess wht r u saying is tht u can spot man boobs in all three of those pictures
hmm diet is just grilled pr boiled chiken with steamed Veggies on the side ...

OK, that is just 1 meal and tells us absolutely nothing. You got to be honest and post everything during the day, if you want honest feedback. Also, how much cardio and what kind of routine?

Hmmmmmmm. Maybe its the pics. but I can't really tell that much of a change (maybe a bit leaner). Def. follow the advice listed above and get your diet set in stone. Dec 08 - June 09 is 7 months. Look at some of transformations people have made under the guidance of Shelby....Phil...Alex A..and others. Use their threads as motivation and dedicate yourself and you'll improve every week. Just my 0.02$

I see a difference, From the first pic to the last, you do look a lot leaner. You just seem a little soft, but the hardness will come from hitting the weights a little harder and maintaining the lower bodyfat a little longer.

You need to post much better pics with better lighting.

Thank you guys ..Phil is like the best Trainer I ever had before tht I was hitting gym on and off ever since I was 18 yr but never had a huge impact of my physiq with his guidance I have reduce my body fat alot in just 6 months ...To me its nothing but a miracle as I am a hard gainer and a harder whn it comes to get rid of fat...cos some how my body tends to gain fat alot faster i m sure some of u have same thing...
so far under his guidance i seems to lost alot fat and my muscles are getting very visible ...but i cant seem to gain mass no matter how much I try ... I guess it will start once i hit ideal body fat ...
once again thank you for all ur inputs

OH BTW I m 140 lbs right now from 155lbs ... on decline I m lifting 210LBS without any support and in Dumbells I m doing 65Lbs ... on pull ups i usually can do 30 without grabbing any weight or 12 reps with 50lbs attach to me.. on legs i m doing 225 lbs
let me know wht do u guys think for some one with my wieght class
