This is our first messagge in htis forum I need your help with the train and the cycle of my girlfriend and of course the diet.
She train very hard,(too much in my opinion but who knows?) and this will be her first cycle she wants take a bit of muscle and fatloss here is what i have in mind:
2/3 iu hgh 5 days on 2 off AM
50 mg of primo
20 mg of anavar ED
and some CLEN as she can support
also 25 mcg of T3
Her diet
06:00 50 gr vitargo+50 gr Whey+5grBCAA´s
09:00 8 egg white
12:00 8 egg white whit some tuna
if she is Hungry she may take another extra protein with vitargo shake
15:30 Green salad or other veggies and 200 gr chiken
18:30 two rice cake
PWO 50 gr vitargo+50 gr whey+5gr BCAA´S
Dinner
veggies and fish
she takes also omega3 VIT C+E and zinc
She trains 5 days per week
