Got my labs back and they’re way off from running TRT at 180mg a week. It ain’t even that much! I decided to dropped it down to 110mg -think that’ll help bring my HCT down? Also what would the pros recommend?

Hemacrit 56
Hemoglobin 18.1
Red blood cell count 5.95
Estradiol 58

You’re reducing the dose which is good. Donating blood can help short term to drop it a few percentage points.

What is your Total Testosterone number? If your at 1,200 test E2 number is ok. You want E2 at 3 to 5 percent ratio to total testosterone. Go give a whole blood donation. Repeat in 8 weeks and should be back in range.

You may be dehydrated... Some fluids/electrolytes will probably bring you down a bit on hemoglobin /hematocrit...

The rule of 3 connects three important blood cell measures: Red Blood Cell Count (RBC), Hemoglobin (Hb), and Hematocrit (Hct). It says Hemoglobin should be about one-third of Hematocrit, and RBC count times 3 should match Hemoglobin. Knowing this helps doctors check lab results and make good decisions.

For example, if Hematocrit is 40%, Hemoglobin should be about 13.3 g/dL. If RBC count is 4.5 million/μL, multiplying it by 3 should get us close to Hemoglobin. This check helps spot mistakes or unusual conditions, like too many RBCs in dehydration or polycythemia

So you are saying he is fine? His RBC 5.95 x 3 = 17.85 vs his hemoglobin is 18.1... All checks out, no problem? That`s retarded. He still needs to donate.
Hemoglobin 18.1
Red blood cell count 5.95

Jayezzz what about the rest of CBC

No his hematocrit and hemoglobin would be a few points lower with hydration... platelet count and clotting factors like fibrinogen would be better indicator at that point for emergency donation or not

What says he was dehydrated? Or is anything short of over saturation, drink 2 gallons of water right before, considered "dehydrated"? If he tested in a state his body is at 90%+ of the time, that is the state in which tests should be interpreted.

You're being a bit dramatic with what I said... Before extracting blood from your body, how about you try tracking hydration, include balanced electrolytes, check clotting factors and platelets? What were the baseline levels before trt? Sleep apnea?
Bloods are just a snapshot in time of what is going on in your body, you can test them at 6am and 6pm same day and get dramatically different results

The rest of the cbc are all in range but yes I will be donating today

My total t results should be coming back to me anytime soon. Hopefully by today. Yes I did donate a few weeks ago and will be doing it again today as an emergency phlebotomy from my doctor

just make sure you watch for low ferritin (Iron) if you are donating that frequent. Ferritin takes weeks to months to recover and you will feel like shit before it does.

My t is at 1162. I ended up getting a phlebotomy since i already did a donation not too long ago. Hopefully my numbers are better since down my dose

I decided to take baby aspirin and also did an emergency phlebotomy. I’m also looking into hemo flow. Anyone experience with it?
