Im 20 years old, 5'11 203 @ 10% bf. My diet is about 4-5000 calories/day 50/30/20 protein, carbs, fats. Being trained by an old friend, who has had his training certification for 10 years, and been a nutritionist for about the same amount of time.
Im getting more than 300 a day. I aim for 500, usually get around 4.
why no dbol for the first cycle?
