Without giving out too much info obviously, what was the training volume like(sets, reps per bodypart, frequency), while training under Milos? Was it always giant sets each workout for each bodypart? How did your physique respond to this and looking back, do you feel the higher volume approach is superior to a lower volume HIT routine?
Recalling some of your prior posts, I believe you pretty had concluded that as long as the intensity is there enough to stimulate hypertrophy, it probably does not matter which training style you prefer. Please correct me if I'm wrong or misunderstood.
Would you still incorporate both styles or just stick with one out of personal preference? Or do you feel that Phil's more HIT style should be used as much as possible, with breaks or a brief higher volume approach just to mainly let the joints heal, for maximum hypertrophy?
Sorry for all the questions but I like your insights and experiences and I love discussing and learning about training now probably more than anything even though I, like many others, have over analyzed or put too much thought into it!Lol
Thanks for your input and opinions on this board!:headbang:
