I may show just how out of the loop I am - but WTF are those dumbells - and whats up with the mouthpiece?

FYI - if he says something about it in the video - I only looked for a second to see if I knew who it was from this board and had volume down because we have a couple clients in here..

He has an under bite. I'm guessing when he bites down during a set it's teeth on teeth. If that's the case, I don't blame him!

I have a mouthpiece because I grind my teeth all the time, especially when lifting with high intensity. Chewing a big piece of bubble gum helps but I still get massive tension headaches from grinding. Dentist made me a custom mouthpiece but its a little cumbersome and interferes with my breathing so I seldom use it anymore.
