High AST, ALT, other bloodwotk

Agree with comments above. For me liver enzymes are always elevated unless I take 5 full days off from lifting, then they are perfect.

I've been on var 40 mg Ed for 5 weeks AST and alt are perfect, should I be concerned it's not legit? Reputable long time brand and test levels show that the test is potent just surprised var didn't elevate these values.

Var only affected my lipids negatively. It didn’t affect my kidneys or liver values at all.

Neh. but at 5 weeks you should be able to tell/feel if they are legit.

On an prophylactics like TUDCA, NAC, etc?

Also, Var is more nephrotoxic than hepatotoxic and as Cage shared, crushes your HDL.

Yeah I'm very careful if kidneys, creatine was .83 I think so solid doesn't appear to be any stress there. Don't take any supplements. For some reason she didn't order cholesterol numbers.

I didn’t have anything elevated for kidneys on past bloodwork. But I did have very elevated alt alt. I had not taken anything besides 125 mg test a week for a year. The liver enzymes were all due to training.
This is not what you are talking about but, speaking of bloodwork. The highest hct and rbc I have ever had was due to primo. That was not once, it is every time with primo for me.

Just got my recent blood work. AST and ALT are off.

AST - 43. Ref - 0-40
ALT - 70. Ref - 0-44

also off was

Neutrophils 7.6. Ref - 1.4-7.0
Bun - 23. Ref - 6-20
Bun/creatinine - 26. Ref - 9-20

IGF - 317. Ref - 90-278
Uric acid - 3.4. Ref - 3.8-8.4

everything else in range.

TRT - 200mg/week split into 2 doses

no orals.
Last blast was 200TRT with 50mg trest ace/day for 4 weeks. That was 3-4 weeks ago.

Any idea why liver enzymes might be off?
I know working out can do it but blood was taken before workout. Last workout before that was a day before.
Seeing dr next week but just trying to get an idea or see if anyone else experienced those numbers off.

you have nothing to worry about.
