You can take meds for it.
Or cut back on what your taking if its a compound in particular like say tren.

Also I supplement with the following.
Hawthorne.
Stinging Nettle.
Fish Oils.
Grapeseed Extract.
Coq10 (ubiquinol)

bp is on average 140/90. this is on 20 mg of lisinopril. i do admit i have not been taking the lisinopril every day. cycle is 400mg of deca/750 mg of test cyp per week and 50 mg of tbol. also running nolva.

Well AAS increase BP the only thing I can think is the tbol maybe.
Give the supplements I mentioned a try and are you doing any cardio at all?

Diuretics are used in extreme cases of high bp where bp is dangerously high and their is a high risk of stroke or cardiac event.

I think more cardio and some of the sups I mentioned is a start but your diastolic being 90 without much gear is something you may want to see a Dr about if you cant get it under control.
High sodium in the diet or poor diet in general could be another factor.
Really I can only hypothesize and Im no cardiologist thats for sure.

get some odorless garlic 1000mg gelcaps from walmart.. one a day will do you wonders, I take it prebed cuz it does cause unwanted sleepiness when popped during the day.. and if 1 dont cut it I promise you 2/day will and leave you lethargic as shit a 4-5 hours after you take it when it starts to peak in your system.. unless you split your dose up thru the day, either way may have an accumulative effect and you may notice increased drowsiness..

You just need to see a doctor and get on a combo of BP meds that works for you

My BP was 170/100 on my current stack....now it's 110/60....I'm on 25mg HCTZ/ 20mg Lisinopril/ 20mg Benicar

Certainly would disclose that you are taking anabolics.

Benicar 40mg a day. But u might want to take ur current prescription every day. That would prolly help

Try some ramapril but ask your doc for a script.

lisinoprol

dr put me on 20 mgs and it brought me down to 130/80
but the longer i was on it the worse a dry cough side effect got
trying a diff ace inhibitor now , same cough
hopefully you dont have the side effect
considering your on a gram of aas the pressure didnt seem so high
at 44 dr said 130 was fine
