There can be a strategy for this as an overall approach. TRT most of the year at 100 mg/w and hCG as per Cristler or Cristler like protocol. If necessary donate blood but for me not necessary on TRT. Do one nice cycle in the summer months May through August. Donate blood every 8 weeks during to keep blood volume down. This helps with BP. Get script for Lisonipril and take as needed during cycle. When cycleing taper up and taper down. If over 45 probably best to use the PEDs to mostly recomp and add back some muscle through muscle memory rather than packing in food, blasting several grams and hiking up GH and other water retainers like anadrol, dianabol and high does test and deca. Probably best to stay with low/no aromatizers like Primo, Mast, Anavar, Turinabol and with caution EQ. GH should probably be at or near antiaging levels like 1.5 - 3 iu a day or used around workouts for nutrient partitioning. Diet should be mostly clean. Avoid anything above mild consumption of alcohol, caffiene and other stims. IMO not necessary to overdo cardio. I do step mill 20 min 3-4 days a week and a hard bike ride in the hills for an hour once a week.
