IMO, walk for 30-45 minutes a day and you'll be solid

In your opionion would a slow lesisurly walk be ok or does heart need to be elevated?? I prefer taking longer slower walks rather than a more intense shorter one.
 
Nebivolol is incredible. No sexual side effects and has a host of benefits.

More intensity is going to be better but walking is a healthy endeavor in itself so if you really want to avoid that type of challenge, you will still be doing your body good by walking as opposed to sedentary sitting. I like to take walks on off days.

Definitely slower and more gentle. Extra lube lots of counseling.

Losartan literally didn't even touch my bp. Maybe dropped it a point or two.....telmisartan on the other hand has been great and ive gotten no negative side efects

There can be a strategy for this as an overall approach. TRT most of the year at 100 mg/w and hCG as per Cristler or Cristler like protocol. If necessary donate blood but for me not necessary on TRT. Do one nice cycle in the summer months May through August. Donate blood every 8 weeks during to keep blood volume down. This helps with BP. Get script for Lisonipril and take as needed during cycle. When cycleing taper up and taper down. If over 45 probably best to use the PEDs to mostly recomp and add back some muscle through muscle memory rather than packing in food, blasting several grams and hiking up GH and other water retainers like anadrol, dianabol and high does test and deca. Probably best to stay with low/no aromatizers like Primo, Mast, Anavar, Turinabol and with caution EQ. GH should probably be at or near antiaging levels like 1.5 - 3 iu a day or used around workouts for nutrient partitioning. Diet should be mostly clean. Avoid anything above mild consumption of alcohol, caffiene and other stims. IMO not necessary to overdo cardio. I do step mill 20 min 3-4 days a week and a hard bike ride in the hills for an hour once a week.

I never had high blood pressure before.
I am 47
I take
hgh 3.33ius 5 days on 2 days off
Test cyp 200 every 3days
50 test prop and 50 Tren a EOD.

No idea why it's in 160's-150's over 90s
Sometimes higher

Any suggestions to get this lower?

See the Doc, maybe dump a few pints of blood. Metoporal works good, if you feet start to swell. See the Doc, headed for trouble
