high blood pressure

hello to all the members. i appreciate any advice.
im 28 years old training for 3 years seriously with good and clean diet.
i tried compounds: test e(testoviron depot), turinabol, dianabol, and gh.
every time i start the cycle, my blood pressure skyrocket.
from 130/70 it can go to 150-170/90.heart rate from 60 to 90.
even gh at 2 iu did this.
i tried one time propranolol and it didnt help.
the symptoms i get are mainly heat in the body, shakiness.
i appreciate any advice on this subject.
all my blood test and heart test i did came out fine.

there are a bunch of bp threads going on this site...im not gonna be an asshole and tell you to look for them but u can start by doing a little search...in the meantime you can start by making sure your diet is clean and add potassium rich food such as bananas , watermelons lower your bp , decrease your sodium , cardio helps a lot , drink at leat 1.5 gallons of water daily , Hawthorne berry heps also ,.,,etc
