I don't know where to put this or if people care or find this amusing.
Long story short,
I've been cutting and eventually checked my BP and it was low 90/50, I figured it was from the weight loss and lower doses.
The next day I didn't take my BP meds, and was measuring my BP every half an hour while I was working online.
in the afternoon I suddenly started to feel retarded and had trouble processing information and hearing. I couldn't understand the youtube video I was watching.
The taxi driver accidently brought me to a public hospital where they told me I was having a panic attack. (I do not have panic attacks or anxiety in this type of way)
They also speak english decently here, so this is not miscommunication. Also the families/other patients refused to let me use their cell phone to call my mother, as to not upset the nurses (communism)
after hours, they were annoyed I was asking for a doctor and 2 guys came at me with an I.M needle telling me it is medicine.
Trying to keep this short... I ran out and spend a few days visiting a private hospital for a lot of testing as I was experiencing a lot of symptoms at the time and I have had medical problems in the past.
They tell me everything is normal and tell me I need to see a psychiatrist.
I say "I do not have anxiety, just because it is not shown in this basic test, does not mean I am hallucinating all of these problems" These doctors have the medical training of a lifeguard
Once one specialist referenced "psychatrist" on the notes, every doctor afterwards was immediately dismissive of everything I said and also referenced a psychatrist. The whole thing was like when a main character in a movie is being gaslit by everyone into thinking he is crazy.
Collectively they saw me as a problem, it was unspoken and refused to do a scan I requested until I saw the psychatrist, where a man with broken english prescribed me the moderate/maximum doses of *6* different SSRIs/mood stabilizers/antipsychotics in 2 minutes. I then went to the cardiologist who said everything was normal and fine and my BP was normal. (it wasn't)
I left but returned at the E.R again where they had the psychatrist show up late night and told me "things will not be better until you take your medication"
although I dont speak the language I heard the staff arguing something about "it can be difficult because he is not a resident"
I told them I had to use the bathroom and escaped without my jacket.
I eventually realized my own BP monitor had been uncalibrated over time and has been measuring 30+ points too low, with a new monitor i bought it had me at 150/90 with no stims, caffiene, etc
I saw an optometrist and he said I have to do a laser or something on my eye so the retina doesn't detach.
American healthcare has its problems but after this experience I will never take it for granted, and the more i travel this world, the more i hate everyone else. and these places dont suck by accident. most of this world is full of cowards, and some countries are all cowards. and cowardice leads to problems because no men stand up for what is right. evil triumphs when good men do nothing.

i could write a book on the communist mentality after this experience. i never understood it as an american
