I dont have any pics will shortly though. I just wanted some thoughts if throwing in some higher carb days maybe once every 5 to 7 days. I just seem to start looking very flat and watery after being on low calories all week with the exception of a "clean cheat" aka pasta, chicken,shrimp and some sweet tea once a week. I would def cut the cheat out once the addition of the high days. I am under the impression that if you look better after the high days which I normally do they are beneficial. Also cardio is at 45mins 2x day. 5'10 228lbs
As far as how high I am usually in the 150 to 200 range most days so I was thinking 300-500g/carbs spread thru 6 meals
