I read a lot about keto before starting and have run it before with no cholesterol issues. Silly me for asking a question

From what I understand cholesterol rising comes from either increased dietary sat fats and/or stored cholesterol being released for energy.

If higher LDL is say due to utilising stored cholesterol from body fat, would this stay consistently high whilst using fats for energy...or would it stabilise once body becomes accustomed to Keto?

go to youtube and search....dr. Eric Berg cholesterol... and watch all his videos and you will get a much better understanding of cholesterol, it's purpose, and how your body balances it.
